Haikyu!! Manga Reaches Height of its Final Arc This Summer

The ever popular volleyball sports manga Haikyu entered its final arc on October 28, 2019. Weekly Shonen Jump has serialized the series since it’s debut in 2012.

Haikyu!! Manga Enters Climax of Final Arc

Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine shared at the end of June 2020 that the Haikyu manga created by Haruichi Furudate will be reaching the “climax” of its final arc in the 32nd issue of the magazine on July 13. Fans can look forward to extra-long chapters in the next two issues. The 32nd issue of the magazine will feature the manga’s new chapter on its cover and an opening color page.

Anime Faces Delays Due to COVID-19

With excitement over the end of the Haikyu manga rising, the anime adaptation by Production IG premiered its fourth season on January 10, 2020. The first half, which ran until episode 13, wrapped up in April.

The second half was meant to premiere this July, but like many other anime series, has been delayed due to COVID-19. As of the publication of this, there has been no confirmed date for the second half’s premiere date.
