Imouto sae Ireba Ii. Light Novel Gets Fall Anime Series

It has been announced that the light novel series Imouto sae Ireba Ii. (It’d be Good if Only Little Sister Was Here) will be getting an anime adaptation.

“This is the story about the daily life of a young siscon novelist, Itsuki Hashima with his perfect little sister Chihiro, the genius illustrator Nayuta Kani, his best friend Shirakawa Kyoto and some insane partners from his publishers.” (MAL)

Yomi Hirasaka is the author of this series, and the illustrations are done by Kantoku. It was originally release in 2015, and has since published more than 650,000 copies. The seventh volume will be released on May 18, and will be bundled with a special drama CD.

Also, According to ANN, the animation studio SILVER LINK and director Shin Oonuma’s names appeared in the official websites source code, but have since been removed. The anime is slated to premiere this Fall.
