The cast of The Rising of the Shield Hero is joining the new season of Isekai Quartet. The news was announced by the official Isekai Quartet Twitter. The Rising of the Shield Hero characters Naofumi, Raphtalia, and Filo will be joining the Konosuba, Re:Zero, Overlord, and Youjo Senki cast.

A lot of fans have been speculating a lot about the topic of the shield hero characters coming to Isekai Quartet. Since the producers of Isekai Quartet have also produced The Rising of the Shield Hero. But it was kinda obvious from the start that they’d show up.
Isekai Quartet season 2 will be airing this upcoming winter season. More shenanigans will happen with all of the characters from Konosuba, Re:Zero, Overlord, Youjo Senki and of course the new students from The Rising of the Shield Hero.
At the end of Isekai Quartet season one, they teased that there will be transfer students coming. We now know that includes the Shield Hero cast, but could there be more? There are endless options for characters that could show up.
