GKIDS and Fathom Events have announced that they plan to bring six Studio Ghibli films to U.S. theaters this year. Each film will be shown on two days (Sunday/Monday), and will be available in both sub and english dub. Tickets for the films will go on sale on April 28th.
Here are the planned dates for each of the six films:
- My Neighbor Totoro: June 25th and June 26th
- Kiki’s Delivery Service: July 23rd and July 24th
- Castle in the Sky: August 27th and August 28th
- Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind: September 24th and September 25th
- Spirited Away: October 29th and October 30th
- Howl’s Moving Castle: November 26th and November 27th
