Announced on March 6, 2022, Shueisha’s Jump Festa 2022 convention is now available to stream globally via their official YouTube channel. It became available on March 7th at 10 a.m. EST.
The archived footage will remain on the channel until March 21, 2022 at 10:59 a.m. EST. The over 11-hour stream has English subtitles.
This is the first time in the history of Jump Festa that the convention has been made available to international fans. Typically, the event has only been accessible within Japan. But Shueisha shares a desire to increase accessibility to both “celebrate and share its content with fans from around the world.”
Jump Festa is known to share a wide berth of announcements and news surrounding popular anime and manga titles each year.
Jump Festa 2022 originally took place in Japan from December 18-19, 2021. It was a hybrid convention that was held both online and in person. Tickets were originally available through a lottery, as attendance was limited – most likely due to COVID-19 restrictions and policies.
