Publisher miHoYo announced that its romance detective game Tears of Themis has entered the global stage. On April 19th, the studio began closed beta registration for the mobile game’s upcoming global release.
The company behind Genshin Impact invites players to establish justice through a romantic journey in the fictitious city of Stellis. Closed beta registration has already begun while testing begins on May 8th. You can register for the Tears of Themis closed beta on their official website.
miHoYo’s first romance detective game Tears of Themis kicks off its global closed beta registration today
In Tears of Themis, the player becomes a female lawyer seeking moral justice through cases from the Themis Law firm. While conducting investigations and solving puzzles with support from four main male characters, the player cultivates relationships with them. The player heads to court for legal battles and brings justice and peace back to the city while building romantic connections.
Initial closed beta registration is open from April 19th to May 6th, 2021 through their website. Closed beta will begin on May 8th.
Tears of Themis will be available on Google Play and iOS mobile platforms. The game will also be available in simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean with voice-overs in Chinese, Japanese and Korean. A global release date has not been announced yet, but miHoYo is planning to release it some time in 2021.
